Mind Over Mess is more than a yoga practice.
It’s a way of coming home to yourself.
Rooted in power yoga, mindfulness, and intention, Mind Over Mess Movement was created for women who live full, demanding lives—and crave a space where they can slow down, tune in, and feel strong from the inside out.
Here, movement isn’t about shrinking yourself or chasing perfection.
It’s about building clarity, resilience, and trust—mentally and physically.
Because there is no physical strength without mental strength.

Mind Over Mess Movement was founded by
Jesi Bennett born from a deeply personal journey back to self.
With a background in dance and cheerleading, movement was always part of Jesi’s life. But as she transitioned into adulthood, the pressure of endless options, expectations, and external noise began to take a toll on her mental wellbeing.
Power yoga became her anchor.
Through consistent practice, Jesi learned that movement wasn’t just physical—it was mental, emotional, and deeply grounding. Breath created clarity. Routine created trust. Presence created strength.
Mind Over Mess grew from that realization.
What began as a personal reset evolved into a community—one built on honesty, vulnerability, and the belief that when we strengthen our inner world, everything else shifts.
Jesi teaches the way she lives: with intention, warmth, and realness.
Her classes are a space to get grounded, feel powerful, and let movement guide you back to yourself—supported by music, breath, and presence.
